Can't download MSFS Deluxe files

Purchased  premium deluxe edition paid 119.99 from the store but microsoft will not allow me to download the files.  cant get anyone to answer phone numbers for support.  charged to my credit card and microsoft wiil not refund . all other sims xplane lockeed all have never had problem been simming 20 years. Anyone know of a way to get any support from microsoft

You should start your own topic for this. Nobody is going to know that this post is buried in this thread. I'm running Steam, so can't you with your problem

What do you mean "won't allow"? Explain what is happening. Be sure you are using your Xbox login.  More info needed

VGbaron and Bert Pieke  When signing in to xbox or microsoft store it shows i own flightsimulator premium deluxe edition. When i click install you own this next comes  We'll install games on the selected drive {E:} 931.32 GB available  Create desktop shortcut i check show these options on every game install i check then i click install.

gamepass xbox game studios simulation comes up and says : error 0% view progress :  Been trying to download these files for 4 days. got a phone number for support from microsoft 18004699269 for xbox support waited on line 1 hour 40 minutes never answered. got another support phone 18776967786 waited for 56 minutes person answered  and i described problem person said they thought problem was with microsoft and would transfer me to xbox and flightsim techinal support,sat on hold with no answer just music playing waiting for 82 minutes on hold then phone wet dead. I have three ssd hard drives 1000gb each a 2080ti video card a I9 9900k cpu.  I know how to buy and download simulators been doing so for 20years. i own xplane  i own lockheed sim all on ssd drives and own logitech guages  and honeycomb yoke and honeycome throttle. i have a powerful system been doing simming for years am not unfammiliar with how to download  or how to set up after purchase .  If anyone can tell me how to get to someone at microsoft or how to at least get a refund on my credir card which microsoft will not do when i attempt to do. If i could get a credit then i could attempt to rebuy and start over again. Anyone have away to contact microsoft please advise. Thank you for any avism  help you can give , i have been posting  everywhere looking for support . Dennis

Dispute the charge on your credit card, and then buy it from Steam.

no how and have done all above. plus more.  my system and my passwords and log ins are 100% correct.  the problem is with microsoft not my computer , need someone to tell me how to get microsoft to respond for support. Moderators can you help.

Bobsk8  Credit card where charge was created has been paid.  Would be a nightmare and tons of time to go through the headache with visa . really need somebody show away to get response from microsoft. as stated in original post above the only contact i had with microsoft said problem was microsoft then tried to transfer me to xbox and flightsim support but they never answer at telephone number i have. Thanks for trying to help guys do appreciate it. Dennis

Do what Bobsk8 above suggested. Talk to the bank or card company. Give them the details, just as you've told us, what you've done, etc., - then go to Steam.

You should have three icons in the MS Store: “Microsoft Flight Simulator” “Digital Ownership” and “Microsoft Flight Simulator: Premium Deluxe Edition”.

Of the three, only the first, (that says simply “Microsoft Flight Simulator”) is a downloadable installer. The other two simply indicate that you have a license to the product. You cannot install the sim by clicking on the icon that references the Premium Deluxe Edition.

If you do not see all three entries in the MS Store app, then something has gone wrong with the way your purchase has been logged in the store app.

I think your first problem is trying to get support over the telephone. You haven't mentioned if you tried the steps in Burt's official support document or not. If yes and you still have issues. Fill this out for an installation error with as much information as possible and they'll likely get back to you.
