Not too convincing. The image from the conference looked pixelated. This one looks like somebody applied a blur filter and turned it up to 10.

What I find (sort of) amusing, is that WE ALL KNOW....that everybody is going to buy the next version. No matter their present opinion or forum stance.   Everybody knows that...lol!   The yeah's and the nay's will still buy it.  It's called the Curious George, button push....  Nobody is immune...

The Tropics will finally look Tropical with the improved vegetation and water color! What caught my attention is the generic rocky shoreline appears to be gone, good riddance!

If that's a plausible beach scene it will need to have plausible waves, nice plausible ground textures and plausible grass/rock/sandy areas.

Your plausible beach scene is incomplete without coral reefs and kelp!
