Pull back on the prop pitch. And it may be the G1000 NXi's engine monitor. I noticed that as well today. In my case in the 80's. Is it suddenly halved or something? Could be NXi influence. The aircraft model did not change. October 20, 20214 yr Regarding the IAS, Frank. . . . as a DP Brit living in a now "metric-ised" Canada - I reckon the analogue ASI is reading in mph, and the 1000 is reading kilometres/hr and not knots/hr. The translation of 100 km/hr - is 60 mph, and it appears to ~equal that. Thoughts? . . .of course, there might be a 'bug' or two stuck in the pitot tube . . . . No, the G1000 is indicating the correct airpeed in knots and the standby ASI is indicating low.. Bert
October 20, 20214 yr "No, the G1000 is indicating the correct airpeed in knots and the standby ASI is indicating low.. " Of course - WT is probably charged with producing the G1000, so I know it's in knots, Bert, but 60 mph = 100kmh, and it's quite possible that a non-aviation programmer in another country, whose measurement of speed is metric is responsible for the gauge programming. A while back most of the aircraft had elevator trim tabs were operating in the reverse direction.... (It was also marked as fixed and closed, when it wasn't, but after a second ticket it did get acted upon, and is now fixed). An aviator-programmer would never have made that mistake.. All things are possible Bert. I would never have thought that in 2021, we would ever see so much angst, errors, problems, patches, hotfixes, updates upon updates - and drama in the forums like I've never seen before. And it's too sad. i7 [email protected] | 32GB RAM | EVGA RTX 3080Ti | Maximus Hero VII | 512GB 860 Pro | 512GB 850 Pro | 256GB 840 Pro | 2TB 860 QVO | 1TB 870 EVO | Seagate 3TB Cloud | EVGA 1000 GQ | Win10 Pro | EK Custom water cooling.

And it's too sad. No need for drama.. Asobo did a poor job of updating the Bonanza in SU6, and broke the registration and the ASI. Trial and error has given me the fix.. you need to find the interior and external model LOD00 file pairs from SU5 and replace them in the Model folder. That fixes both problems. I'll make a separate post. Bert
