I think I'm going to have to buy the Mosquito! I've just downloaded it to try for 14 days but obviously I won't get the time to try it for more than the couple of hours I just have. I've only dabbled with the free base sim and I'm struggling to set up the controls. For instance I can get the landing gear down but not up again. I may just be glossing over the proper flight procedures in my hurry to test it. As it might be the only aircraft I buy for DCS, I don't think it matters whether I stick with the standalone sim or install the Steam version in order to buy the Mossie at Steam's sale price.
