PFC 430 v2.0 -- Update to 3.3 / XP9

Recommended Posts

Hello!

Forgive me if this has been asked before -- I haven't had any luck in searching for the answer.

I am a Flight Instructor at a flight school and we recently purchased a PFC CAT IV MFD AATD. It hasn't been updated in a quite awhile as it was from a third-party. I would like to update the RXP (which is currently at 2.0) to the new RXP 3.3. I am hoping to do this without messing up the current panels on the planes we used that are PFC approved. If that's not possible, I wanted to see ways we could update the navdata base so we can at least shoot the approaches at our airport. Currently, we have RNAV approaches and did away with the VOR approach but the navdata base still only has the VOR approach.

I am not too savvy on XP9 or the PFC system. So, any help is greatly appreciated.

@Windows

Hi, have you tried contacting PFC for assistance? They're reselling the GNS V2 Professional version and are used to help with these questions.
