November 1, 20214 yr I have noticed for months that Carenado has forums for all their non MSFS 2020 products, but none at all for the MSFS 2020. I wonder why that is? I have a feeling they don't want to hear any complaints.
November 1, 20214 yr The ones here at avsim are just unofficial users ones....not hosted / supported by Carenado. Maybe avsim could make some more for MSFS products. I agree, but if users are having a problem with Carenado aircraft in MSFS, there is no easy way to see if others are having the same problem, take the idle speed in the Mooney for instance.
November 1, 20214 yr All very true. But although they are called the "Carenado Support Forums", I am not sure if they ever replied there. Also. it looks like some people are posting there now anyway and just putting MSFS2020 in the thread title. But I must admit Bob, if you hadn't raised it I would not have looked in there. Since the sales of Carenado are probably though the roof compared to what they are selling now for the other sims, I would think that an MSFS forum would be necessary.

Why not just use the existing forum and tag the topic as MSFS. You can add a tag to any topic. So if your posting a question about a plane that is available for FSX, P3D, or MSFS, just add a tag to the post so people know which sim it’s pertaining to. We don’t have a different forum for PMDG by FSX, P3D, etc., so I cant see doing it for this. November 28, 20214 yr My BIG question is: "Where is Carenado"? They have not released anything for MSFS since the Cessna 170 which was back in July 2021. I expected to see more planes since then. There has been mention on one of the MSFS YouTube channels of a Cessna 337 but so far not a peep from them. I was looking forward to perhaps a C-206 or Centurion, or Navajo or Chieftan. Did they go out of business?

November 28, 20214 yr OK. Thanks. I avoid Facebook at all costs. Instead, I have been checking their "Incoming" page on their own website. There has not been anything there for a long, long time. I'll look forward to the Skymaster coming soon.

Nice that they have a Facebook page, but it is pretty useless, since they rarely respond to any posts by people regarding issues with their aircraft, like the Mooney low idle speed.
