Well, you always have v1.0.4 right?  er...right?  😉

I actually still have the first version, but  that really isn't the issue. If the last version has a feature that is really nice that doesn't work despite all the added features and improvements it has, I don't want to roll back to the previous version.

I posted on their forum the two problems I have run into so far with 1.05. Will post their response. BTW, does your profile save work?

hm. just tried the demo. I'm not sure I like it. I'd only get it for the vibration effects, the sounds don't really matter to me, other than like the stall buffet and over speed sounds. I've only tested in the DC6...it looks like all the vibrations happen outside. Like the ground and terrain will shake, but your head in the cockpit stays stationary. it's hard to explain, but I'd imagine that my "head" would be shaking...not the ground lol

The sounds are great with the DC6,, ground roll, taxi sounds, touchdown sounds, flap sounds, makes a real difference in the DC6.

Update came out today. The only drag is I had to redo all my settings.

Thats because you delete your installed Folder.

FSREALISTICS is always to overwrite your Installation. Best way, to take a Installation in a Temp Folder and copy it over your fsrealistcs Folder,  tick all overwrite.

But you have in 1.0.5 also the shortcuts corect to your installationpath.

They had to work on it.

My System

I use it in combination with the sound pack for the Longitude. Great combo.

There is no camera shake though. "not like chaseplane" or EZdok. that is what's needed.

Plus 1 to that!  I have FSRealistic but remain unconvinced - should have ignored the hype and got the trial.  Oh well lesson learnt.

Apparently, they will add a better "shake" when Asobo allows the SKD etc. I am glad I got it and it does add to the sim. I used a few different profiles and modified my own for GA vs airliner etc. (smaller CRJ vs larger will have heavier touchdown feel etc). The camera shake is mediocre at best but they promised improvements.
