Seems that I am unable to download version 1.03, only version 1.01 from sim market, so maybe that is the issue, I have contacted support.

Get it here..

So to give an update, When initially trying to download the demo by clicking the link at sim market it was always directing me to download version 1.01, I tried multiple times and still was only giving me 1.01. I tried from the developers website and still nothing. I contacted the developer through email in which they almost immediately responded (props to them) in which they supplied me with a link for version 1.03. I let them know that simmarlet trial was directing me to version 1.01(in case they want to look into it). I can’t say why that is but it did on multiple tries (about 5 download attempts, all of them being version 1.01).

so once I had version 1.03, it is now working no issues, so it was a version issue. One thing to note, the developers were insanely quick to answer so that’s reassuring. Hats off to the developers for the quick customer service.

Thanks all for the help.

The Developers website which I posted a link above to, has the correct 1.03 version.

Didn’t work for me unfortunately, can’t answer why but it didn’t on multiple tries.

Hmm, strange, that is where i downloaded it yesterday afternoon. In fact I just tried it now, and it says V 1.03.. https://mega.nz/file/sNUnzYBS#20cTp0w-rRSQrNvXaQhXSdhhj1fBUSVJ-InKvevHN70

I agree, it is strange, I tried a few time in the last hour and 1.01, I don’t know maybe something to do with my AV or browser history..Can’t say, I will try again just out of curiosity

Click on the link I just posted, it will take you right to 1.03.

I can confirm your link works, but if I go through the fsrealistic website, the trial link doesn’t even lead me to anywhere anymore..That's so strange!!

You probably have a bad link in your browser.

All the hype on fsrealistic, figured I’d try the demo, on day 1 of 7 and was wondering if anyone was having issues with the program crashing…I start up msfs, fsrealistic says it has started, but usually when my msfs flight is loading up I get a screen that fsrealistic has stopped working, out of say about 10 times I’d say it happens about 8 times where it stops working, but msfs still loads up fine…Was just wondering if anyone else has seen this.

I do use Simshaker, and read that it can cause issues if not updated, so I updated it but still getting the crash of fsrealistic.

I never got an FSR crash as with  my problems.   I always got around 70 percent of the load bar...the audio that "FSR is connected".  What I had the issue(s) with was that at no time when a plane was loaded, did the Option(or its tab) open up for view and interaction.  So (and thank you again, fellow forum member!) a forum member advised that if I try the keystroke;  ALT-TAB, that I could get that plane's FSR Options window to open.  On the next MSFS load in, I indeed got the (finally!) Options window to show for that plane profile, and all has been good since.  I'm also running with what I think is the latest  v1.0.3.   So if anybody else does not see the OPTIONS screen open, when you have your plane and plunked it down at an airport,  merely call it up manually with the ALT-TAB and you are good to go.  Also, with that keystroke, you can call up the Options Screen at any time that MSFS is running.

And @flyinpilot212121

Yes, this can happen when your browser doesn't refresh the page content if it thinks it hasn't changed - it loads old data from your local cache instead.  Used be be more common in the past.

Shift key and F5 forces most mainstream browsers to refresh and redownload the page again, whether it wants to or not!    That should have sorted it.

I note I have 1.03 myself and I am liking it.
