Air Traffic over Airports at Very low altitude and very high

Someone has an air traffic problem over some large airports (Example: KLAX), where you see a number of planes fly over you at very low altitude and high speed without the correct direction.

Sometimes they pass two by two or one after the other over the airport buildings almost colliding with the control towers.

I don't know what could be happening. I have noticed this behavior more often on AI OFFLINE. Very little in REAL TRAFFIC ONLINE
