Enabled my VPN and my download speed went from 5.6 Mbits/s to 130 Mbits/s. Strange.

They've been saying or months that Dx12 will not give any performance improvement.

Steam and MS Store use the same download servers in sim. I get the same speeds from both.

Anyway MSFS updates itself with 180-187 MBPs when my max is 200.

This is so odd.

Only scenery (addon and base sim) is showing up in my content.xml file, but everything else is still loading fine. I can see all my addon aircraft and other non-scenery addons.

Aircraft have never been in content.xml.
