You must switch off automatic scan AND define one or more lfolder parameters to your livery packages in parameters.xml, BEFORE you restart PSXT. See the Manual section 5.1 how to do that.

Im getting the error 51 as mentioned above. Ive read through every forum on here and honestly can not figure it out for the life of me. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and nothing works. I also have to admit Im not very technical with this stuff so apologies in advance. My log hasnt looked like any of the other users having this issues log which has led to more confusion on my end. Basically, I open the program, it gives me the error and then exits the program within 5-10 seconds.
