November 21, 20214 yr I must be blind: cannot find the rudder trim indicator for the steam PC-6? Anyone managed more than a 30s-something knots in the Volocopter? Trim commandments are ignored, flat-out (level) flight at 36(ish) KIAS has full forward stick for me. This cannot be normal, and it appears that the real thing is a lot faster that this. Shouldn't the T-6 Texan have tail-wheel lock? ... and one last thing. I have lost my way; can anyone tell me where in the Menus I disable live traffic again? 🤷♂️
November 21, 20214 yr 1) it’s missing, which is a big deal considering it’s a tail wheel pc6 2) is generally a slow moving object, that’s probably all you’ll get out of it, I think it’s only good for a 16nm flight or something like that on a full tank. 3)not familiar with a t6 so can’t offer help 4) I think this is in the data setting perhaps, can’t exactly remember but it’s definitely there as I have turned it off. Intel I7 12700KF / 32 GB Ram-3600mhz / Windows 11 - 64 bit / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060TI / 32" Acer Monitor, Honeycomb alpha/bravo, CH rudder pedals, Tobii 5, Buttkicker, Logitech radio panel.

Exactly: rudder trim is crucial for a PC-6 (as the sticker, which they included, points out). The VoloCity is supposed to do 48 knots. Mine doesn't come close to that. I expected more. After all the talk of thousands of data points, working with manufacturers etc etc this not quite living up to the hype they created (and yes I know: having all the lively scenery is great, the frequent updates – in spite of the issues they introduce – are great ... but after all we want mildly realistic aircraft in a, you know, flight sim).
