Autopilot popup has disappeared

I just got this C340, installed it and got it all set up and working great for practicing instrument approaches. It had three little buttons on the left with "A", "C" and "O". "A" would pop up an autopilot window, which was quite handy so I don't have to look down to access the autopilot. I was doing this with the monitor in "Full Screen Simulator" mode across dual monitors. All was well until I installed two bigger monitors, and then these buttons disappeared and I cannot get them back. Literally all I did was unplug the old monitors and plug in the new ones.

If I switch to "Windowed Simulator" then these buttons are back, but in Full Screen Simulator they do not appear. Any help is appreciated.
