Now acquired the SWS Nimitz vol2 addon, any recommendations for other good naval aviation stuff?

Ack. I have the Simworks fleet and have yet to figure out how to use it. Since there' an LSO app I'm assuming I can use a usable carrier, even though I have not bought one of the stand-alones. A sim within a sim I'll get around to eventually, I hope. Also their Phantom (still mad there's no manual). Was thinking about the Hornet that's on sale now if anyone has any comments on that. Have not noticed a Chinook for P3Dv5 or a COD.

Depends which one you mean.

The one from justflight, nah, it's not there in terms of fidelity for me, and I tested it.

I have the VRS F18, which is more expensive but provides greater fidelity systems-wise.

Which works best for you is your choice, do your research..

@kevinfirth evening,

I just stumbled on this thread today. I started attempting carrier landings again this weekend. I have both the superbug from VRS and the Nimitz from SWS. Have you been able to get the TACAN and/or ILS to work? I can’t get anything to show up in the HSI. Pretty sure I have everything set up as it should be, but there there’s also a very good chance I got something wrong as well.
