1. Possibly but no one knows yet. We need to wait for the DX10 patch later this year.2. You need a DX10-compliant card, not just a DX10-compatible card. The nVidia 8800 is the only one available now and costs US$400-$600. See http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=2870.3. "Smoothness" is likely to be more a function of CPU speed than video card RAM, but if I were buying a DX10 card I'd look for a minimum of 512MB.Doug

Check your power supply ratings to be sure there is no problem there. This card requires a minimum of 350W with at least 20A on the 12V rail. And that's 350 Premium Watts - not just some PSU manufacturers wishfull thinking.Doug
