GotGravel was involved in the Fox too and perhaps there is only one thing left to convince you. A pic says more than words. Cause its the cub killer 🙂 CheersT. I think you guys should push, (talk about/highlight), the customizable version. I picked that up in the Orbx forum video, but for me it is a selling point and one that could help push sales along, particularly if some more liveries arrive fairly soon. The Freedomfox in Trent Palmer colors, & a white version that you can 'customize' by dropping in other engines, & I think you can create your own liveries. Its covered early on in the Orbx video I referenced. T45 Edited December 21, 20214 yr by Treetops45
December 21, 20214 yr The second included plane is the Fox2 that will be enhanced a lot more over time. The originally FreedomFox will be kept in sync to the future Trent is holding for us. And yes, there should be some liveries already available for the Fox2 as part of the existing installer mod setup plus two engine mod packages by GotGravel... If you ever wanted to try to start like a rocket thats the option then... Plus a clearglass mod if you don't like the scratches... CheersT. One of the addon livs for the Fox2
December 21, 20214 yr £30 and the sound doesn't even change with the doors open? No thanks. It's almost 2022,that sort of lack of detail is not acceptable any longer, especially at that price point.

The team is working on that one. The question of priorities was more focused on flight model and operation to be bugfree and as most accurate as possible for the release. Everybody has its own priorities and if thats a showstopper for you thats perfectly fine. But be ensured it will be added. Cheers T. Edited December 21, 20214 yr by Torsen

I'll wait. By the time its done I'll have forgotten all about this plane therefore saving myself £30 😄

I will put in a personal reminder for you 😉 If you are in STOL planes and love stick and rudder flying you really would miss something as the flight model really excels and you can actually feel the love GotGravel put into it. December 21, 20214 yr After watching several review videos & knowing the quality of GotGravels FDE work, I purchased this & tried out the Fox2. Very enjoyable to fly. A couple of things - during installation it offers customization options. I chose the Stage 2 tweaked engine for the Fox2. Not sure if it is installed though as the speedo shows red bars from 100 kia, which is consistent with the standard engined Fox2 speed rating. A manual would be helpful. I figured out I could re-customize it via Orbx Central 'Configuration' button, after a bit of trial & error searching. I'm not sure what a Rotax is meant to sound like, but the Fox2 seemed a bit on the quiet side when you are in the cockpit. The visual quality is excellent, as is the FDE performance. So, a manual, tweaked sound, & some way of telling which engine option is installed & it will be a 10/10 aircraft, that I have no regrets about purchasing at this stage of its development. December 22, 20214 yr Looks to be a nice little add-on, however I feel the pricing is a little steep for what it is. Having said that I’ll pass on this offering, but do wish the developer success with it! Cheers!
