New AVSIM Board Members for 2022

I'm pleased to announce that long-time AVSIM staff members Charlie Aron (Charliearon), Bill Leaming (n4gix), and Vic Baron (vgbaron) have joined the AVSIM Board of Directors, serving to help steer AVSIM's course in the months and years ahead. 

We're honored to have them on our senior management team.

One point the board could revise is the donation scheme. You are now collecting donations for 2020, where the goal was filled at 53 %. According to this, AVSIM would have been bancrupt already a year ago.

I would vote for realistic goals for every year with a chance to be hit, which would be an incentive notably towards the end of the year.

And yes, I donated several times and will continue to do so. AVSIM is a very valuable source for us. Thank you to those serving the community.

Great to hear! Nice to see renewal on the board with solid reputations. I know Bill personally when he was guiding me in my early days of Gmax modeling! Congrats to all!
