Yep, I tried different values from 1 to 5, translation up-down / left-right are working well. Very weird because when calibrating using Tobii experience, I can see my eyes getting bigger or smaller Edit : If I set the Head Tracking Sensitivity: Position between 0.1-0.9, it's working, but not very well, and most of the time, it will put me behind the pilot seat Edited March 13, 20224 yr by bendead

It will fix your head position and place you back in the default cockpit location but will your full 6dof. Consider it a bug for now as it's been reported to Asobo. March 13, 20224 yr Hi, After 2 days, it's growing on me, a lot! As said by others, it seems I'm re-wiring my brain. I like it a lot, and my feeling is it will only get better. Now it works with more planes (so that issue was induced by myself as well). It makes me be more focused on the game, and on flying. I still have a little eye tracking on (ratio 0,85, responsiveness 0,60). I do like that. Might turn it up a little. Still playing with that setting. And center stabilization is high. (0,9). That way not al small head and eye movements are translated to the game. All 6 DOF work in my case. (As it should, I suppose). All 3 head tracking sensitivity settings are at 2,00. Re-centering was difficult in the beginning. Don't know what made it better. I think sitting in a good position in the first place, then pressing F12. Maybe repeat pressing F12 a few times, to get it right, helps too. http://dc2-fs.com Dutch National Aviation Theme Park and Museum. No DC3 without the DC2

Only 24H on my side and like you, I am really stating to enjoy it. Took me a couple hours to fine tune it and re-adjust my brain, I nearly put it in the bin at the beginning. Right now I cannot enjoy my flights without it, mostly for landing, I have the same feeling now as in real life, so it's super easy to correct an approach. I am using a 49inch ultra wide and no problem so far with this monitor

Would love to compare yours and get the most out of my eye tracker, thanks. 🙂

March 14, 20224 yr Author I finally received it today and was able to get in a couple test runs, using some of the settings that users posted here was a really good start and dialled it in to my liking from there. For others interested figured I’d give My initial impressions, this thing is fantastic and ads so much to the immersion!! Works great, was easy to setup following the guides and am very very impressed, does what it says it does very well!!! The downside, it was expensive, not only the price to purchase but also had to pay duty fees at the border, taxes etc.., so all in all it hurt the pocket book! Having said that, I will get a lot of use out of it and don’t regret the purchase, main reason going this route was to avoid having to wear anything on my head while simming, and it lives up to the promise, so the cost imo is worth it for that reason. (I justify everything by the amount I use it, in this case if I use it 10 times its cost me roughly 30$ every time, 100 times and its cost me 3$ every time 😉…. Don’t judge, it’s how I sleep at night!) I had this problem too, but it appears to have been solved (I hope) by removing the Keyboard assignment of F12 (which is set to "Liveries") and then assigning F12 to "Reset Home Cockpit Camera", as described in a YouTube video by Q8Pilot. Pressing F12 then places my view in the pilot seat.

March 14, 20224 yr With trackIR I bound a joystick button to both centre the trackIR camera and reset the in game cockpit view to default looking forward with the same single click. It should be possible to do the same with other headtracking systems.

March 14, 20224 yr So right now, we just need Asobo to better implement force feedback and some company to make some king of electromagnetic or pneumatic chair accessory, so we could feel how bad was our landing
