RAAS Professional Not Showing Up after Reinstall P3D

Hi RAAS Pro has disappeared completely since I reinstalled P3D to v5.2 HF1.

All the other addons are back except for RAAS Pro. I reinstalled RAAS Pro few times but it is not showing in the add-ons cfg file.

It's not in P3D Add-on menu tab either.

Is there something else I have to install for RAAS Pro to work? I don't remember anymore since the initial installed work flawlessly.
