KOMA Released

Recommended Posts

Thank you for the heads up, Eric. Looks good. I have fond memories of living near by KOMA at one time.

Definitely gonna grab this, especially since 50% off for owners of previous version.

They made one tiny error in the manual. If you install the optional SODE jetways, turn off the file named koma_p3dv5_jetways_placer.bgl.

Not that it matters in terms of flying, but its too bad they didn't add the parking garage/rental car facility that has been open for 2 and a half years.

It's always puzzled me that this developer defaults sode jetways to off.  I mean a very small percentage of people who buy airports like this don't use sode right?

Neither old or new version mentions p3d4.5. KOMA would be a great addition but which one should I get for p3d4.5?

Great to see another developer still releasing for P3D.  Anyone try this with v4 yet?  Looks like v5 only unfortunately.

I’ve sent an email thanking them for continuing to support P3D. I’ve also inquired about P3Dv4 compatibility.

To be honest I'm struggling to find a reason to buy this. I use the previous version in v5 and it works just fine. My biggest gripe is that they remade this for v5 with native materials but it doesn't seem to have PBR at all. Bit of a letdown for me to be honest. I don't see anything looking new or even different on the screenshots, at least not enough to justify purchasing a new version.
