No more installs for serial number

I was trying to install my copy of your PC12 into P3d v5 and I get an error message saying the serial number from my dashboard has no more installs.

I did not have this problem with any of the other aircraft I downloaded for v5 installs.

How do I fix this?

Submit a ticket on their Support site and they'll reset the install process for you.  They're usually pretty quick depending on time difference of course.

As KevinJH suggested - I submitted a ticket to Support and within 24 hours had a reply.  

Was able then to install the PC 12 into P3d v5.
