Axis' not working properly

Hi Grant.  I've submitted a couple of tickets on my Bravo and haven't received a response.  Any idea on how long it will take to get a response.  I have a couple of issues with axis 4 and a related issue with axis 5.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!

Thanks so much for your help!  I've submitted the pictures and the RMA form.

Just wanted to give you folks an update on my warranty experience.  While the initial response was a little slow everything began moving forward once Grant responded and helped out on this forum.  My replacement device arrived today and it looks good.  Haven't had a chance to hook it up yet and will do so over the weekend.  And so I wanted to provide kudos to Grant and his customer support team.  Thank you!
