Maddog is getting closer!

Recommended Posts

The Maddog can't get here soon enough for me!

Super excited to finally get this beauty in MSFS and to hear the scream of the JT8's.

Here's a very interesting and well done video by Air-Clips on Danish Air Transports MD-83 OY-RUE that was retired last year.

Just an excellent presentation on the aircraft and DAT's operations.

Interestingly enough is that the CEO of DAT is also a pilot for the line!

Yeah, I know. The original post said 'Maddog X' which I thought meant someone was making a DC-10. My error.

no words.

I got my US CPL 20 years ago so I still appreciate these more analogue aircraft.

I am very much looking forward to this.  I would love a proper DC-10.

looks like someone is streaming this beauty in MSFS right now (11.30Z) , has less than 10 viewers, probably and unknown twitch channel but seems very serious and doing it professionally, i guess it has the authorisation to show the plane (if not feel free to remove the link)

https://www.twitch.tv/sidestickscott

he's busy programming the systems so i haven't seen outside yet, hopefully it's really msfs 😜

** edit : it's msfs, but unfortunately, atm, his mic seems badly configured and we can barely hear what he says so the video is a bit less interesting, but oh well, anyway little appetizer, will be great when available **
