Hey guys I have not been simming for about 2 months now as I have been transitioning overseas with a big move and my pc is in a container atm 😭.

my question is I have I9900k with m2 ssd etc 

With a 1080ti msi lighting z

Should I go for a 3080ti or 3070ti? For a 2k monitor. Samsung

@mikeymike, I have removed your duplicated posts. I find the 1080Ti is fine for v5.3 and I’m running at 4K.

I’m moving this to the video section in the Hardware forum.

I suspect around June we will know what`s coming around the time of LA E3 show even if they do not attend.

i am wanting to crank up the AA settings to 8xssaa on my 2k monitor which makes things really sharp.Thou it cripples performance in heavy weather on my 1080ti

works quite well with 4xssaa but the jaggies still remain.

That`s one thing that help`s 4K you don`t ssaa settings, your 4x the 1080p.

And 4K will be more common in the future.

what’s the consensus on the AMD 6900xt?

Think ide be able increase the SSAA setting to 8x on a 2k monitor. With complex

scenery aircraft and weather.

I have not used AMD for the last 2 builds I'm not a fan of there drivers, last time I used AMD I never used the official drivers I used omaga drivers that was 10 years ago.

You may need a mortgage. 😁 I suspect that now graphics card manufacturers have upped the price, they will hang on to those high prices with all their might.
