In-app license request not working

Mark;

  Something appears to be broken in the in-app license request process.  I've tried to request a license for the TFDi 717 three times between yesterday and today.  The app opens a window that says the license request was sent successfully (but it takes 30-60 seconds to come up), and then I never get an e-mail.  I've checked my spam folder--it's empty.  I'm using version 16.1.0.0

yes, there was an outage of the license server. I hope everything is working again.

Hi,

Im having the same thing happen to me.

Trying to get the license reactivated after an upgrade.

Is it still working?
