You still get the occasional news stories in the UK and other countries when jet fighters break the sound barrier while intercepting another aircraft and break a few windows in the process...

Yep! We had one event about 2 weeks ago triggered by two fighters (presumably Luftwaffe Eurofighters) scrambled out of Neuberg to intercept a non-responding aircraft over southwest Germany.

Certainly made me look up as all the double-glazed windows started to rattle plus the sound boom! Made the local news too as people were wondering what the "blast" was! Boom spread out over an area of approx 60km.

They did. It's horrible.

It's unfinished and not properly compatible with p3dv5

I'm keen to see that it excels the others by some margin.

As a former FSX FSLabs Concorde virtual pilot, that thread was extremely interesting and full of precious information, thanks to all contributors!

That little sentence quoted above written by Andrew on page 5 caught my attention... Which are the "others" and on which platform? There is only one answer to that question as of today (I am not holding my breath for an official confirmation though).

This has been one of my mad speculations for months now, and I hope that I am not wrong as I, like many others, jumped ship one year ago!

@Bernard Ducret, my guess is that Andrew was talking about the previous releases of Concorde he has produced over the last 20 years and not any competitors' versions currently available.

I'm currently enroute from Manchester to Boston in P3Dv3.4. 1877nm to go so I should be landing in around 2h 15m.

Having to reduce the monitor resolution to keep VAS usable this screenshot is a stark reminder of the compromises that had to be made to cope with the 3.8Gb limitation of a 32-bit sim. So much had to be compromised. Andrew, when the opportunity presents itself maybe you could post an equivalent of the 64-bit version which I'm sure will look just that little bit better. 😁

Aerosoft created a A330 with a nasty weather radar memory leak bug, wich is reported from many users over at Aerosoft Support.....but....sadly.....and as usual....Aerosoft told us......it must be our end.....they don't have a issue...it can't be their product.

Never aerosoft for me.....I have never had such a bad support from any developer in the software industrie.....
