Have you tried uninstalling, delete your present download then download again and try that?

Still having very weird behavior durin taxi. Aircraft wants to steer left all the time. this is not a slight steer it is literally same as pushing the rudder to left to turn left. I hope this gets fixed with one of the updates. GNS530 version AP does not capture the ALT even if it's armed. Maybe this is the expected behavior and pilot needs to engage ALT mode. Still having trouble tracking a VOR properly AP keeps banking left and right and enters a constant turn never gets on the course.

I see this also. Take off roll especially! Was using FSUIPC for rudder assignment but went back to ASOBO rudder assignment and it helped a little but still have to put a bunch of rudder trim in. TOO much.

What's with the strange sound when (using the GNS530) I flip the switch to listen to the NAV ident?  I hear the ident but I also hear a dual tone.

I can't get the GNS 530 model to capture altitude.  I've tried arming the altitude and turning on the ALT button but that doesn't work.  I turned off the arm and when reaching the altitude turned on the ALT button but that doesn't work either.

No, something must be wrong that the plane seems to be installed (at least it appears that way in the "community" folder and is selectable to uninstall from the operating system), but nevertheless, it does not appear in the simulator.

Still find elevator inputs at low speeds way too sensitive. Same with elevator trim - just touching trim wheel on the VelocityOne (which has a word not allowed good elevator trim wheel;) and the nose sky-rockets/-dives. 

No other plane I have in the sim is nearly as agressive as the 414. Hope this will be looked at - seems uncorrect (dangerous) as it is now.

Sound of the wind is too loud during cruise and I had for whatever reason an unsafe gear, but I could neither pull the CB for the warning horn nor the CB for the hydraulics - would be great if those were functioning. Still my favorite aircraft.

Mine shows up with the Search terms of both "Cessna 414" and just "414". Knowing you are an FSEconomy user, is it possible that you have some other aircraft aliased with the same name? That can make things disappear. You could also try removing all other things from your Community folder and leave just the 414 in there and see what happens. The MSFS Addons Linker on Flightsim.to works great for stuff like that.

I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it but with the same installer. I'm going to try downloading it again and see what happens.

I'm going to try downloading the installer again to see what happens and if it doesn't work, I'll send a ticket to support.

FSW installer not working for me, install is only partial.

Some files are being blocked/redirected and not installing.

Would hate to miss this aircraft.

I don't know if it  will help but have you seen the separate thread titled "Flysimware installer error help?"

The Marketplace lags behind with updates.

As per your redirect, already tried it but the offline installer not working for me, I keep getting a code 151 alert.

I've been in contact with FSW through their messaging tickets and the discord channel since 4/2/22 and tried all suggestions but no resolution yet. 

It seems the installer is directing this folder: _ir_sf_temp folder to my chris\appdata\ temp. folder but the files within are not being extracted to the sim?
that's when i get a irsetup.exe error in the windows log.

Nothing. Deleted the previous uninstall. Downloaded the new installer (it has now been downloaded to 1.4.2 beta) and reinstalled if major hiccup.
The plane folder also appears in the community folder with a size of 2.82GB once installed but the plane continues without appearing in the simulator as if it did not detect the installation.
I do not complicate myself more because this, in addition, is not complicated at all to do.
I will put a ticket in support and depending on what they respond, I will act.

A question about flying ILS approaches.  PMS50 GTN model.  When I fly practice ILS approaches, I don't always fly all the way out to a fix, but instead monitor the glideslope and after it has been at the top of the scale for a while, I turn base toward the ILS course.  Then I slow and configure the aircraft.  Normally I am in heading mode when I turn base.  When on an intercept heading and configured, I switch over to NAV mode.  And every time I do that the aircraft starts to descend.  Why?  When I was in HDG with ALT being held.  I would think I should be able to switch over to NAV and maybe even APP mode and the autopilot should maintain the altitude, intercept the localizer course and when in APP mode start descend when the glidepath is intercepted.  So, am I doing something wrong or are other people experiencing this same thing?
