FSX-MS how to disable fsx going to external view

hi,

When Im in long flight and do not touch anything for a some time FSX goes into external camera show. How to disable this?

Are you flying in speed up time mode like 4 times faster or more?  Do you have "Pause on Task" unchecked in your settings?  I was thinking maybe some Windows task starting in the background would cause this.

I have "pause on task" unchecked and Im flying in true airspeed

OK, by true airspeed you mean "Normal time rate"?  So from sitting it the cockpit it change to an outside view?  Did this always happen or is it something new?

Do you have ChasePlane installed? Sounds like the Cinematics mode in it.
