No Soft Parked Airlines?

Nico..If I don't want any soft parked airlines at any airport worldwide is this what my lines should be:

<no_soft_airlines>
 <NoSoft airls="" />
</no_soft_airlines>

Also..do I insert the lines in the dbase of the data folder?

No. You should specify airlines that you do not want, you cannot leave it empty...

See section 11.2.1 of the new Manual (31.0.0-beta in \docs)

If you do not want soft parked at all, you should tick real in the UI (it will be copied to the airport file).
