April 1, 20224 yr It's probably the server having a hiccup. AIG pulls the liveries/models/flightplans from various sources (including their own site), they're not on all one central server. AIG just has permission to link their downloader to them. Edited April 1, 20224 yr by Tuskin38

February 3, 20251 yr Has anyone found a solution to this issue? I am trying to install Jetblue and 6 other files and getting the same error in MSFS 2024. Intel I7 6700 4.0 CPU Western Digital Caviar 1TB SATA 6.0Gb/s Hard Drive 16GB DDR4 Crucial RAM. Corsair 750 Watt PSU. EVGA NVIDIA GTX1080 FTW GPU
February 3, 20251 yr You probably should have started a new thread since this one was so old. I've found that this is usually caused by a corrupted .ZIP file in the temporary folders. Once I figure out which one, I delete it and then re-run AIM. It will download a new copy instead of trying to work with the corrupted one that is already on my system. Step #1 - Figure out which .zip file it is trying to install. Close AIM. Re-start AIM to create a new log file. Try to install Jetblue. When it fails, gets stuck, etc., close AIM. Look at the last couple of lines in your Log_AIManager.txt (found in the folder where AIGTech - AI Manager.exe lives) to see if you can find the name of the last .zip file it was working with. Step #2 - Delete the appropriate .zip file from the temp folder and then re-start AIM and try to install Jetblue again. My AIG temp folder is located at C:\ProgramData\AIGTech\AIGAIM\ I believe that the airplanes are put in temp_model. I am not near home right now, but I remember that same issue linked to one less used download site. What worked for me using my VPN and changing my country. That one site seemed to block every attempt for all repaints. But once I used a vpn set to another country never had an issue. I am in US, I believe I set vpn to GB. Joe Lorenc

As I type this, it appears to be stuck at 0% I have never had a single session where this mod has not frozen, regardless how long you leave the app open. February 4, 20251 yr I've been trying to install AIG liveries and have managed to install European airlines, and am currently stuck on AeroMexico for the global. I've more or less lost two evenings to this. While I admire having all this stuff at my fingertips for free, the actual program is singlehandedly the most irritating piece of software I've ever used.
