Still a lot to do but looking good already. Scary climb too, seems a bit aggressive even if it is light, but hey... WIP.

I went from London Heathrow to Paris on one of these many years ago (British Airways).  The climb out was scary.  It felt like 45 degrees!  These things can go up like a rocket.

The plane I was on was about half full, and probably not too much fuel to do the Paris run, and it was the steepest climb out I have ever experienced.

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's.  Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.

Yeah i do recall these have really powerful engines for what they usually weight. Although they can be derated there's still a lot of power to use.

Anyway, kinda soon to take any conclusions, it looks good, it's a 757 and very welcome.

The 757 is indeed a rocket disguised as an airplane!

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

The incredible power of a 757 is half the fun!

The 757 is famous for it and I used to love going on my holiday in one. In fact, the first plane I ever went on was a 757 and I flew on many over the years. It remains my favourite airliner for all sorts of reasons. It used to look beautiful in the blue and white Britannia livery.

over the years I've probably flown as a pax atleast 100 times on these planes being a Delta frequent flyer.  Always loved them for their performance as well as the F cabin.  Jetway connects at door 2.  So it seems private in first.

I take back what I said earlier in this thread; I might buy this before waiting for the PMDG version. What an amazing job by BlueBirdSim! You guys should be proud!

Take-offs are optional, landings are mandatory.
The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire.
To make a small fortune in aviation you must start with a large fortune.

There's nothing less important than the runway behind you and the altitude above you.
It's better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air, than in the air wishing you were on the ground.

Looks like JustFlight has taken the place of my favorite publisher, first the BAe146, then the Caravan/King Air and now this.

Undercarriage lever a bit sticky was it, Sir?
