PMDG Ops Center - Unable to Reach Server

Trying to update my PMDG Ops Center but keep getting the above message.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Per the PMDG website:

 

Go to to C:\Users\{username} \AppData\Roaming\PMDG\PMDG Operations Center right click on OpsCenterUpdater.exe and select run as administrator. This will update the OC to the latest version and solve the issue

That might work (have worked) under some (previous) circumstances, but it is certainly not working at present.

LOL, I only open my op center today to find it did not work.

Did what Mike posted and it worked perfectly.

Yep, worked like a charm.

It works after update. Just take the time to follow instructions.

They claim it will be easier in the future.

Still not working in this part of the world ... using v2.0.1.2167 and even trying to update the OC does not work.  I constantly get a notification with the message 'unable to reach PMDG's servers.  Certain features are disabled.  Please check your connection, then restart the app and try again.'

My version shows 2.0.1.2172. As suggested above try launching OC as Admin and then try updating.

Yep as long as you do the key step it works perfect.
