Nothing compares to the Mediterranean landscapes and soul-stirring character of this special corner of the globe.. so off we go to visit the French Riviera!

We will depart Marseille, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur France destined Albenga, Liguria Region in Italy travelling eastward along the shores of the Ligurian Sea, (North Arm of the Mediterranean) exploring the French Riviera, from Marseille, Toulon, Saint Tropex, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and more to the border of France and into Italy. Our destination is Albenga in the Liguria Region of Italy..

There are 4 intermediate stops along the way and 5 min break at LFMD Mandelieu, in the city of Cannes, for a breather before continuing on to Nice and into Italy.

Weather: Live (if not suitable for flight, then perhaps the few clouds preset.
In SIM Time: 15:00 local (3 pm)

Note: There is a part 2 to this trip so if we fall short of our destination, we'll just absorb any un-flown portion into part two.

This is a matter of taste, of course. For those simmers who prefer to seeing a runway under their wheels: you might enjoy the eye candy provided by timot75 in his portrayal of LFTH. (The joint-use airport is missing in the sim, possibly due to its military component.) See Norm's link above.
