Terrain issues in DD KPAE

Besides Orbx Global, do you have Orbx Pacific NW? Any mesh product?

Have you tried to "Verify Files" with Orbx Global?

Apologies, also have OpenLC NA.

Yep, no avail.

Have you set your ORBX library insertion point to where it's supposed to be?

Yes, this is the first time I am having this issue, it's also at the top of my scenery.

The only thing I can think of if you don't have FTX PNW is where your insertion point is set.

It's a known issue, even without PNW. There's a thread on DD's support forum, which I have somewhere and will post as soon as I can find it.

Edit: Found it.

This looks like a classic v5 elevation issue, you may be able to fix it using ADE by changing the airport elevation, and potentially some CVX work to go with it.

I recently purchased these airports so I will maybe have a go myself at some point as I recently made similar amendments to another airport.

I have FTX PNW installed as well as the DD Seattle Airports and don't have any issues here at all.

Have this issue as well; I basically pestered the developers to please take a look at this until I was blue in the face to no avail.  I finally gave up on it.  I do not have PNW or Vector, only global.

I sort of was able to smooth it out with some flatten files but it’s nowhere near perfect, couldn’t even fully explain what I did since terrain editing is definitely not my expertise; but unfortunately still an issue for me.

If you’re able to fix this or get the developers to have another look, certainly please let us know.

I’ll also add I have issues at RNT with the static 737s, at least several of them, floating underground (gear/struts under the surface).

Guess not everyone is having the problem. This is what I see in that area.
