Exactly. Most afficionados know that buying the game is just the starting point. And tend to support the specialist retailers. But the performance of RTM FSX is so poor that non-specialist customers who just want a good `game` that isn't the usual `blast alien critters` mind-number simply got something they couldn't use, so took it back. For them, SP1 is too little too late, and explains the need for ACES to get on with a DX10 product that actually works, first time. Those sales lost are lost, not deferred, as they are with the simming fraternity. That's the biggest mistake MS made, this time round. They really need to spend big-budget to promote SP1 as the cure, or else the message wont get outside the `in the know` consumers. Perhpas with some in-store demos. But I bet that isn't budgeted for and from the retail perspective the shelf space is already reallocated for other launches. Enemy Engaged 2 is creaming the sales as we speak, I am told.;) Allcott
