Normal download page not working

So I've had this for a long time now... but the initial download page when you click on "download" for a file, it doesn't do anything... so I always, no matter what, have to click on "Download xxx from AVSIM Online -- Virginia, USA via FTP" on the bottom. I remember that a long time ago I didn't have to click and the downloads would begin by themselves but for a while now I've always had to download anything this way. I've tried it in several browsers now and its always like this... Anybody else have this? Or maybe the devs of the website can comment on this?

ok never mind I fixed the problem. I am using Opera GX and in the Site settings for library.avsim.net I selected "Automatic Downloads" to "Allow" and now its working again.

Maybe this will help someone in the future
