Got it to start, and now an update???

Featured Replies

It just dumped me out to desktop in the middle of a flight.  My patience with MSFS is starting to run very thin.  Just constant problems all the time here lately.  Amazing sim, when it works.  But it doesn't work reliably a lot of the time and it's more frustrating than fun.

Just switch off your sims It is common knowledge that the servers are trashed right now. If you persist and start to fiddle with your PC’s you ARE going to trash your sims. Give it a break. The problems are on MS side.

Don’t go and download non-exist updates - the servers are b  r  o  k  e  n, not your PC’s.😐

I agree, this is an accident going someplace to happen. I'll watch TV until the dust settles.

The sim updated itself,  and I just finished a brief flight in the Waco.

was it 30GB?

I didn't catch the size of the update.   I didn't realize there was a concern until after I'd updated.

I started MSFS a while ago and everything works as expected.

Not sure what you mean by "the servers are b r o k e n." What is broken?

The Xbox cloud gaming servers were broken for around 12hours last night.

The service has only been restored in the last couple of hours.
