May 7, 20224 yr Would you believe that until early this morning I was actually unaware of the Salty Project ? I could I ? I was also not using the FBW A320 ( lack of time to spend playing airline flights, and more interested in exploring the soaring potential of MFS... ) so I decided to push their latest installer / updater and was surprised by a new icon on the left pan of their dashboard ? What was this ? "Salty" ????? Well, I am now an happy new user of the Salty 748i project, trying to find out what it brings with 0.5.1 if I'm not wrong. I just completed a small circuit arround LPPT, with no special preparation, not even a flightplan, just to taste the "feel" of the Queen, and so far VERY GOOD ! But, please enlighten me if you can point any suggestions for using this new great freeware airliner project ! May 7, 20224 yr For me the default 747 is one horrible, badly optimised stutter fest but the 787 is indeed a work to the highest standards the sim is capable of both internally and externally. It really deserves a lot more in the way of flight systems and fidelity than Asobo has given it...
