I Bought pilot2ATC, DL windows voicers, just did first flight, Very good, nothing like default. Its was great. Easy to use once you do a bit of homework, never looked at the manual 😜

You can also easily add background chatter:

This one is great because:

Clips are edited to remove any glaring location specific information. As an example the exchange “United 6626, Boston Tower, Line up and Wait” will have been edited to say “United 6626, Tower, Line up and Wait. References to specific SIDS, STARS, Ramps, Taxiways, Runways, and way-points are not changed.

Does Stick and Rudder chatter respect when FShud is talking? FShud has been a great addon for me. Needs more but it reminds my of RC4

I use ATC Chatter it’s amazing, but thanks for the thought

Appreciated the feedback now maybe going to try it out.

If you do, please let us know what you think of it! I am leaning towards getting it more and more... To me it does seem to have some big advantages over the default ATC and things can only get better, you'd think. Maybe I'll pull the trigger too this weekend.

Just watched a streamer using it. The stutters are very noticeable and the atc forgetting about you if you deviate from the route is also confirmed. For me that's a dealbreaker. But I'll follow the development and see if/when stuff like that will be improved.

What stutters, exactly? In the speech of the fps? I have asked about losing connection with ATC on the official FSHud forum and if they can promise this will be solved. I can live with all other problems and missing features but this is the MAIN reason for me still sitting on the fence. Once this is solved (or if a 100% solution is promised) I think I'll buy this.

It seems that there are bigger problems to solve if you get cleared for takeoff and their own generated AI traffic is cleared to land on the opposite runway. That's why I asked for a refund!

Afaik this should have been solved since they now read METARs (form an unknown source)...? At least you should be able to change your own runway to match the one used by the AI?

Ok,I did not know that! Great that they read METARS now!

Still also think it has a lot of potential!

There are also seem to be a problem that FSHud ATC keeps on using current QNH when you fly at FL but this will be solved with the next update within a few days. One of the huge advantages of FSHud over default ATC is/will be that FSHud uses local TA/TL instead of 18.000 ft all over the world like default ATC does. That's one reason alone already to buy this addon. Another is that afaik FSHud does not constantly lets you switch controllers like default ATC does. I do have to say they are very active when it comes to fixing things and updates (and replying on their forum).

Aaaaaaah, okay, those stutters. Got it.

That's really bad and I avoid using it in MSFS so far. On the other side, when I used FSHud in P3D (AIG with bgl traffic) ai movements were smooth like silk.
