They really need a support forum on their website and not Discord.

I have  add an on aircraft that has a website forum for support. Ask a question, and week later you may get an answer from  "someone".  I have other aircraft that have Discord channels, ask a question and sometimes in a matter of minutes you get an answer. Whatever floats your boat.

Must be quite something if PayPal is afraid to run out of money.

It’s not that. If a vendor who uses PayPal has no previous history with PP, and receives a sudden huge influx of revenue, PP has algorithms that will stop all further transactions, and will basically seize the funds already received. It’s an anti money-laundering process and it can tie up the vendor’s funds for months. It happened to ORBX a few years ago, which is why they stopped using PayPal for quite some time.
