Fenix A320 Remote MCDU Support

Recommended Posts

Hi

Apologies, if this was already asked, but is it planned to support the newly released Fenix A320 for the Remote MCDU?

Thanks!

Doesn't it come with a remote MCDU out of the box?

As far as I'm aware, the EFB has Remote capabilities, but not the MCDU.

Edit: Made a quick double check on their Discord and it looks like the EFB is the only component that has some remote function via Browser right now.

Ok, I've reached out to them. Suggest you guys do the same to raise the awareness 🙂

I hope that they are allowed to do this, since they are using Prosim for their aircraft.

Do you use LVars? If so all the LVar CDU buttons are already there and available.

Many people have ipad 2. But it doesn't support EFB. Maybe you could make support for CDU?

Fenix closed my support ticket on this subject. Not sure what that means? I suspect ignore.

Does someone has an update on this topic? I find it really a pity that we have an outstanding plane in terms of features and everything but there is no remote cdu - for me kind of a dealbreaker.

Thanks and kind regards,

Philipp

I would love to see this happen also.  I don't see why it should be a Prosim issue as the EFB is supported on a remote browser.  Let's hope they make this happen.  Will email them to request it also.
