Carlos ! That was perfect !!!

It was also the first time ever I installed that AviTab pluggin !

Well, it could have saved me 60 bucks if I had tried it two weeks ago 😕  Anyway, up for the enjoyment, together with the Toliss A319 and while I wait for an Activation of the FF A320 U...

Regarding this weekend's Inibuilds Sale, I stlill have the A300-Beluga to learn, so I will not buy the A-300 Pax / Cargo, but will rather wait for their decisions to support X-Plane 12.

Been really enjoying this version of the Zibo. It had been a long time since I last tried it more than 1 yr ago.

It's a pleasure to hand fly on tricky weather scenarios, and so far systems-wise looks great too.

Will surely add it to my XP12 hangar 🙂

That makes two of us Jose, Zibo is the only reason I kept XP11 residing on my drive.

I decided to try it after I got a bit unhappy with the PMDG 737 in MFS - various strange bahaviours, and wanted to check how a similar product acted in X-Plane... Well, it turns out that I totally prefer the Zibo to the PMDG 737-700. I know they're not the same model, there are considerable differences, but I am really enjoying what I believe to be a much more plausible behaviour under various circumstances of this great AND FREE! add-on in XP11.

I'm now evaluation both Zibo and LvUP as I'm gradually moving from P3Dv4, so far both system-wise(excluding FMC/Autoflight) are looking good and seems mostly identical. I haven't dive deep into complex failures, but one thing I noticed is when switching off IRSs, the YawDamper switch not jump back to off on Zibo while LvUP one do.

The main issue I have so far on both model is VNAV descend, the calculated descend profile looks reasonable, but both falling slow on descend, even with some tailwind (and wind input in forecast page doesn't seems change T/D at all). that might be FM issue, but as I point out on other posts, zibo seems have little less drag in level flight compare to realworld table. And Both seems have problem with geometric descent path and still shows intermediate T/D points, and PATH indicator would goes wild on such condition.

As my limited try, Zibo seems nailed on VNAV final approach though, while LvUP-600 goes roller-coaster when try to use VNAV for final approach, maybe it's due to the-600 still use same control logic from non-EFM -800? but it flies fine on other condition.

Compare to P3D counterpart, PMDG still have the best system (again, non-FMC/AP), apart from accurate, it also feels more "organic" or "live-like", not without bugs though. I have heard some of which have been fixed in MSFS version but I don't yet got one (I don't think I'll move to MSFS anytime soon, so not yet spend my $99 credit from NGXu).

VNAV is almost perfect in NGXu, the only problem is not support GP angle from database, but using geometric descent path for final approach feels OK for most part.

iFly is still my go-to 737 for HighLand operation, as it's the only one have that option for pressurization system (there seems to be an option on LvUP EFB, but not working as I tried), and also it supports RF-legs for RNP-AR unlike PMDG, VNAV is also almost spot on, While both XP ones with native ariac-429 compatible XP database is also capable of RNP-AR, the database format is much harder to edit by hand, and many airports I flown in southwest China doesn't public RNP-AR navdata to Jeppssen and thus navigraph.

So far, I think I'll stick with P3D for 737NGs (I really didn't fly this type much on desktop any more, you see), but for both 737-200 and -300, I went from P3D's Captain S*** to much better XP counterparts.

Interesting comparison @C2615 !

Shame on Me 😞 I wasn't even aware of "LevelUp" when I saw you addressing LvUP... Searched and found, and now I have yet another toy to play and try to forget about calling Austin about the XP12 release 🙂

Thanks for sharing.
