Airline ICAO code confusion in MSFS Real Traffic

Recommended Posts

Ciao Nico,

I use your latest PSXT version 31.9.6 with great performance but with one exception- the new subsidiary to SAS - the Irish based "Spinnaker" callsign with the ICAO code SZS. They normally have the CRJ900 aircraft version which I have available as SAS in my AIG model setup but randomly PSXT do not pick this model but for instance "American Eagle" version...I cannot figure out why. The SZS is available in the dbase file...

As you might remember I run Real Traffic ver. 9.0.180

Do you have any suggestion how I can improve this?

Hi Ake,

Could you switch on logging of livery matching an post the Log.txt of a session in which matching goes wrong (in your opinion 😉 ).

Nico

Probably because in the AIG package, they use the the icao_airline=SAS, and not icao_airline=SZS.

You could solve this by using the SAS regcode-file for AIG-models.

Well, yes I know and I have earlier changed ATC and parking codes to : SAS,SZS and it appeared to have helped but randomly it doesnt as yesterday. Now I have also edited the icao-airline code to this in the aircraft config, will see if it helps
