When is it being fixed ?

Apparently this has fixed the drop in fps over a period of time for some people:  https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/ndu-registry-change-increase-performances-immediatly-amazing-tested-and-aprouved/504551

I read that too the other day. So now you mentioned it again I have given it a try. Doesn't make a difference sadly enough...after 30 minutes again a frame drop.

Then I turned of Ai traffic in the settings and that seems to be my problem since SU9. I don't know why because this hasn't been a problem before. But I turned off ai-traffic and frames went up to 45/50 again.

Thanks again for replies and happy flying !

Alright, this may sound crazy, but I found this trick in another forum a few days ago.

If your FPS start to drop after flying for a while, try switching your airplane lights off and on again (just hit "L" twice). This solved this entire problem for me.

Seriously, I'm not making this up.

good here innit.

This is a definite issue for a few of us and has been reported to, and is under investigation by, MS/Asobo - https://www.flightsimulator.com/feedback-snapshot/ (see first entry in bug list)
