Yep, I suspect that the Microfoft Slight Fimulator servers are overloaded with people trying to download the new Helo. I hear it is a pretty good fimulator.

there are plenty  more  users  having  issues  with  ms  store  than users  with  steam  versions

I am pretty sure that also Steam users are hit by XBox network issues 😉
