Any news on FS Traffic from Just Flight?

There's an addon on Flightsim.to that is just GA traffic to hold you over.

How can there be an add on when the product isn't even out yet?

I meant when it does come out.

In general, I believe it's an edit of the default traffic file to remove all the airliners and dead airports.

I'm looking for replacement of Real Time Online traffic but with better models than the default funky ones, with liveries that match real world liveries happening close to real time, for example from FlightAware, as Simple Traffic currently does.  Or put another way, behaves like Simple Traffic does but w/ better plane models.  Will FSTraffic deliver on these items?

I could not help notice that Ryanair 737 with Airbus engines LOL.  Looking sharp otherwise!!!!!

It just sounds like an updated version of Simple Traffic which I currently own.

In FSX I used to run the program from Flight 1 called Ultimate Traffic 2, which was pretty decent, ATC was fine, no wrong altitudes, and u saw traffic up in the air.

AIG does this.

Thanks very much for providing these details! Looks stunning! 😉

AIG has model and livery matching for Live Traffic.

If FS Traffic has the proper ICAO information in their aircraft config files, then it should also work.

Yes thanks I knew this but I don't care to deal w/ the installation and setup requirements.  I've been spoiled by the simplicity of MSFS so SImple Traffic is a good fit.  Of course, it would be nice to have better plane models so if FSTraffic is essentially Simple Traffic Plus if you will, it would be a good fit for me.

From what I understand it's an independent AI system using its own models and flight plans. It will therefore  not be compatible MFS live traffic. Whether it will interact with the default ATC I don't know although Traffic Global in X-Plane does not but there is a facility to find the runway in use and collision and avoidance systems to keep the AI planes clear of the players for taxiing and landing.

Are there any GA aircraft?

Echoing the GA aircraft question as well...

Not something we are looking into right at this moment. As for the future, you never know.

As Tuskin38 says, with the caveat that it won't improve the underlying default live traffic system.

This looks great. I remember a long time back getting Flight1 Ultimate Traffic for FSX. A few questions:

-How does it compare to AIG including FPS hit?
-Will it have the arrivals and departures popup?
-Will the aircraft sounds be true?
-Do the jetways get activated?
-Is it integrated into ATC?

-No specifics on FPS at the moment however initial tests look promising. We will be working on some options for those with lower end systems.

- A little too early to talk about specific tools. Watch out for our product page when it goes live.

- Aircraft will have custom sounds either matching the engine type or a very close approximation.

-The jetways and ground services will activate, currently completing the painstaking work of setting these up so that they attach to the correct locations.

- Yes, the AI traffic uses the default AI system so will work with ATC.

Thanks!

Here's a better look at the engine. Certainly no Airbus but any comments welcome.

Looks good!!!

Is GA going to be covered by this at any point in the future?

Especially at smaller regional AP's
