73. My first sim was Sublogic on an Apple IIc - mid-eighties I think.

71, first sim was the SubLogic version on C64.

47 simming since FS95 Did PPL in 1996 but have not flown a real plane PA28 since 2004 due to expense

50 ... Started simming in 1986 with Sublogic Flight Simulator II on the Commodore 64 ...  then Flight Unlimited I/II & MSFS 95/98 in the 90s ...  FSX in 2000s ... P3D & XP in 2010s ... and MSFS since 2020.

I remember back in 1984, I had a Radio Shack Color Computer that could run a very early version of Flight Simulator. But the sim required 32K of system RAM back then. Not 32 megs or 32 gigs of memory, mind you -- but 32K. But my computer only had 4K of memory -- that's 4096 bytes. I simply couldn't afford 32K of memory. And if inflation continues, I may once again be in that predicament.

Just turned 70, been at it since Sublogic FS. Before that I programmed a Learjet25 sim on the Texas Instruments TI99-4A Home Computer (in assembler!!)
