I have the "leisure boats" slider set at 100% and I still don't see many in the sim.  Not like FSX.  It would be nice to see more of them especially during the summer here in NA.

In all my time snooping about the planet I have seen two boats of any type worldwide. 

I spent several minutes staring at them in utter fascination. 

It's clearly a setting that simply doesn't work. You'd think it would by now.

I have set it to 50 with the Seafront mod, but I am thinking of lowering it to 30 as there are too many of them.
