Logbook date/time

Recommended Posts

Has anyone any problems with their logbooks? Mine is ok except for the date and time entries: the date stays at 4/17/07 and the time is always within a few minutes of 5:36 (pm). It makes no difference if I set the date/time before the flight, or whether I use system time or not. Strange.

No problems here. Date and time stamp seems to match ok. I have however noticed an improvement in departure and arrivals now being properly recorded and wonder if some work was done with SP1 although not listed on the improvementsBill

> ... wonder if some work was done with SP1 although not listed on the improvementsI believe so. I have noticed that noticed that local time and GMT both seem to track better as I cross timezone lines. R-

Hmmmph! Well thanks for the replies, guys. I guess it's limited to my install alone. I'll just blow it away tonight and recreate a new one.Apart from that - it's a much better logbook than the fs9 version. At least it records instrument time, night time and # of landings.

I used to have 2 or 3 landings on one arrival and couldn't figure out how they came up with that especially without bounces :-)

Thanks, Phill: downloaded and tried it, but it found no problems: what I did was to fly a quick cct, check the log - same - then edit the entry, and pressing the "reset" button. This corrected the date/time entry.I also checked this prior to the next flight - which was now already setup and it showed with the correct time. It then recorded the correct time after landing. Exiting and going back in - the default flight now shows the correct time. So for some reason it needed that reset, so I think it's fixed.I had tried a program called "LogbookEdit" (logbook@tekila.org) a while ago (uses java), and it would be easy to blame it, but I have no idea why it's played up. Anyway - I suppose fixing is "fun". :-(Thanks for the input, guys.Cheers, :-beerchug
