SWS Vans RV-14 propeller does not turn

Featured Replies

I was wondering if anyone else is having issues with the SWS Vans RV-14.  It has been working great but lately I cannot get it to start.   Rotate magneto switch to start but propeller does not rotate so the engine does not start.   Tried both previous version and current update.  Uninstalled and reinstalled and still have this issue.  Is there something I might have changed in the sim that might be causing this?  Thanks for any help.  I really like this aircraft but right now it is just a static object.

Is your fuel selector on?

No problems here! The fuel selector (off) is a likely suspect, but then I'd expect the prop to at least turn.

Thanks, for the replies.  The fuel is on and Ctrl+E does not auto start either.   The engine is running like normal with a runway start.  I shut down and was able to restart.  Maybe I did have the fuel in the wrong position.  Restarted flight at a parking spot, engine would not start and I made sure fuel was on.  Restarted again on runway and engine is running.  This is very strange.  This is only happening with this aircraft.

Thanks for all of your help.
